The Great-Grandparents Easter Parties!

We started our family Easter parties at the Pearsons... KayLee is all ready to go find more eggs, she has her basket and all!

She needed a little refresher to pick up the eggs and put them in her basket. But she did it! And loved it!

KayLee with her Daddy! Smile!

Now Time for the Fackrell's!

Of course Breanna is as happy as a peach! That girl is always happy!

By now, KayLee was a pro at finding Easter eggs! She got into some sticky situations and was just fine, she just wanted to get those eggs!

KayLee with Mommy!

This was a lot of fun! I am so glad we were able to go to the Easter parties! I just can not wait till next year when KayLee will be bigger! Oh it will be so much fun! This year was a blast, I can just imagine what it will be like next year!

Aly will have to compete for the most eggs! lol

Easter Parties!

When we got home from camping we went to Aba and Papa's house to have an Easter egg hunt, dinner and to see what the Easter bunny brought us!

This was KayLee's first Easter! I love having her she makes everything so much more fun! This was one of my FAVORITE Easters!

KayLee caught on pretty well. She got board of finding eggs really fast, but she did great!

KayLee was way more interested in carrying the basket, then finding the eggs. You would take the basket from her so she can pick up and egg and she would throw a fit until you gave it back!

When we finished with the egg hunt we went inside and saw what we got! KayLee was thrilled with all the candy! She got a little princess chair, which she loves, she pushed it over to the table, stood on the it and went to town on the candy!

Can't quite reach...

There we go! Much better!
(Look at that balancing technique!)

I think all the candy caught up with her! She did not feel good the next day, but she still wanted candy!!

We had so much fun this year at Easter! It is truly amazing what joy something so little can bring into your life! I can't believe how much fun she is!

Happy Easter!

CAMPING!!!

For Easter this year we went to the sand dunes! It was so fun! KayLee was big enough to play. She loved the sand!

By this point KayLee could walk good enough that she was able to walk around in the sand!
She would only bend over to touch and play with the sand. She didn't like sitting in it, just touching it with her hands! It was so funny!

My brother Cody came with us this year! This was his first time camping (for real) and his first time on a four wheeler! He did awesome!I think he was off ridding more than he was in camp!
I think we have a new camping buddy for life!

KayLee with her Grandma and Grandpa! Say Cheese!

We ran out of time and Jake never took KayLee out on a four wheeler ride, so her and I modeled for a picture, pretending that I took her!!

When we woke up Sunday morning this is what we saw! So we packed up and headed home! It was a really fun weekend! FREEZING cold most the time, but great to get away!

Jacob posing for a picture while he was cleaning up!

I don't have any pictures of it, but Jake spent most his time this weekend cooking dutch oven! Mmmmm.... it was so good!
We even got a dutch oven for Easter! I guess Jacob has a new job!

IT'S A GIRL!!!!

We had our ultrasound yesterday, and the baby is doing great! The doctor said according to this ultrasound the due date looks like August 24th, but he will keep it at August 31. Any way here are some photos of the baby.... oh and by the way...

IT'S A GIRL!!!!

Profile... I think she has the same little nose as KayLee!

Her spine... Looks good!

Those are her legs... I think this picture is so neat!

GIRL!

Yeah! I am so excited to have 2 girls! They will be 15 months apart! Hopefully they get along and are great friends!

I think KayLee is going to LOVE having a little sister! She adores any kids! She lights up whenever she sees any kids... babies, 1, 2, 7 year olds! She is going to be a great big sister!

Jake figured that this would be a girl. He is excited... sad its not a boy, but still excited! He is use to having all girls around him... 3 sisters, now a wife and 2 daughters! He will be the biggest softy before we know it!

I am so excited! I am still a little nervous to have 2 kids, make that 2 babies... but it will be okay!
